Developmental Disabilities Services

The purpose of Developmental Disabilities Services is to foster independence and enhance quality of living by providing individual and family support that empowers children to make positive changes.

Intervention Services are available for children from age 3 years old to 21 years old who struggle with behaviors and/or has a developmental diagnosis. Life Counseling Center’s staff are well trained Intervention Technicians, Specialists and Professionals. All staff are individuals with an accredited college degree, who also have intensive training through both applied behavior analysis and evidence-based treatments. They strive to help mentor, guide, provide family support, reduce maladaptive behaviors and to promote independence of the client and the clients’ family with their daily activities. LCC staff strive to empower clients and their families’ to make positive changes.
